- A recomfigured iMac line is launched with processors up to 500MHz and new colors. Low-end models are Sage, Ruby or Indigo. High-end models are Snow or Graphite. [more]
- The Power Mac G4 Cube is introduced in a single 450Mhz configuration with 500MHz available build-to-order only. Meanwhile, the Power Mac G4 gets dual processors in the 450MHz and 500MHz models plus Gigabit Ethernet. [more]

- iBooks get FireWire, video output and faster processors. The 366MHz model is Indigo and comes with a CD drive, the 466MHz is Graphite and has DVD. Both are available build-to-order in Key Lime. [more]
